About these terms
These terms govern your use of xun-wind.com and purchases from XUNWIND LTD, trading as Xunwind Studio. Please read them with our Returns and Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over any conflicting wording.
Our products
We offer woven bracelets, necklaces and other jewelry as described on each product page. Review the stated materials, dimensions, available options and care instructions before ordering. Photographs and screens can show colors differently; handmade details can vary slightly. Goods must still match their description and meet applicable quality and safety requirements.
Please ask about materials before purchase if you have a known sensitivity. We make no general promise that all products are hypoallergenic, waterproof or suitable for every person unless specifically supported in the relevant product description. Follow the care instructions and keep small detachable parts away from young children.
Orders and payment
Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. You must have legal capacity to enter into the purchase contract or act with appropriate parent or guardian authorization where lawful.
The order summary shows the goods and applicable charges before you submit payment. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; unless we expressly accept it earlier, acceptance occurs when we send dispatch confirmation. If we cannot accept an order because an item is unavailable or there is a genuine payment or pricing issue, we will notify you and return any payment for the unfulfilled part without undue delay.
We will not increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement. If a material listing error is discovered before acceptance, we will explain the correction and let you choose whether to proceed or cancel. Suspected fraud may require proportionate checks; please contact us if an order is held in error.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
The linked shipping and returns policies explain estimated delivery, cancellation and return arrangements. Please contact us quickly if you need to change or cancel an order; dispatch can limit what we can change but does not remove a statutory cancellation right.
Accounts and acceptable use
If you create an account, protect your login and let us know of suspected unauthorized use. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit unlawful material or use another person's payment details without authorization. We may restrict misuse where reasonably necessary, while respecting rights relating to existing purchases.
Content and third-party services
Website content is owned by XUNWIND LTD or used with permission from its owners. You may use it for personal shopping and other uses permitted by law. Commercial reproduction or reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder. Sending a support photograph does not grant us permission to use it in advertising; we will seek separate permission for that purpose.
External links and optional third-party services may have their own terms. Their terms do not remove our responsibility for obligations we owe you as the seller.
Liability and your legal rights
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights regarding goods, refunds and remedies remain unaffected. We are responsible for losses for which applicable law makes us responsible.
Applicable law and complaints
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory protections available in your country of habitual residence. This choice does not deprive consumers of those protections or any right to bring proceedings in a court available under mandatory law.
Contact us first if you would like us to resolve an issue. This does not prevent you from using payment-provider dispute procedures, contacting a regulator or exercising legal remedies.
Updates
We may update these terms for future use and purchases. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights under an existing order. Where legally required, we will give notice of material changes.
